As an ISO, I never dealt with worse customer service, they cut me off after 5 months of being signed up with them for lack of funded units, and I have been sending them deals for a month with no answer from them, or them telling me I am cutoff, until I called up, and found out, most likely backdooring deals.They replied, that "they have strict guidelines and policies" that gives them the right to accept my submissions for a month straight without informing me they are cutting me off?
