I have had some problems with my account for Mult Cloud, as I added to my Google Account also Gmail what ends up in a new Google User ID which was not supported this way from Mult Cloud. It took some weeks until I could finally make the Mult Cloud support aware of the problem. The support was always kind and professional and never gave up. Finaly, we found a solution which does not make me 100% happy but at least I can work now again. Thanks a ton, to the support of Mult Cloud and the Backoffice team.
