I had to change my review because I assumed I was getting good service in the beginning, but then I ended up finding out I was being put through hula hoops of fire with Anthony from Customer Service. When I made an order to their $27 deal they have for seeds and if you add another 30 something dollars you get an extra amount of seeds, but I didn’t get what I seen in the Descriptions pictures. I was supposed to get banana blast and some other options and I didn’t get that. I got something totally different that I wasn’t even in the line To shop for. I was persuaded to believe that I would be taken care of for four days in a row. So four days in a row, they’ve been spinning me around in Customer Service. They asked me to do a review and I did a review from the heart without really looking at the seeds until I took my pictures for the review. Then, when I looked at the pictures, I realized none of the seeds that are in this picture. I like the seeds that I seen in the pictures when I purchased them. My main thing was to get banana blast, then the rest that followed in the picture. I don’t feel I’m wrong for assuming that I was supposed to get something that I seen in the same format as the sale. I am highly disappointed in their lack of effort to help fix the situation. I even offered to do another order and pay for it to see if they would give me the seeds that I wanted and seen in the pictures that I sent them and they wouldn’t respond to me. They kept me in limbo every single time. So I’m definitely giving no stars if I was able to give any. This is why I like, dealing with seed companies like Todd, McCormick and seed Supreme and Humboldts seeds. And you will see in these pictures why I assumed I was going to get the banana blast. I honestly don’t feel I was wrong for thinking I was going to get. When I seen it say current rotation, banana blast, That’s what I thought I was getting!!!! Total scam beware. They won’t help you in customer service. They’ll put you through hula hoops of purgatory waiting. I guess they’re trying to keep good reviews until they close Shop for good Just to sell off the rest of what they got. I’d be careful with that Now I’m learning the hard way. I guess this is their tactic to get good reviews so they can finish up selling the rest of their warehouse.
