It is in deed a fraud. I did receive my product and it does not suit me AT ALL. I emailed them and they made up all kind of excuses not to allow me to send back at least the unopened box (I had ordered 2), EVEN THOUGH it states clearly on their website that any unopened product can be sent back up to 30 days after receiving it. Don't order from that place. They will rip you off.
