Love the unit and what it will help my kids accomplish. I was a bit skeptical of the phone holder/app but love that it is very responsive, secure and the drills on the app are very appropriate. It is certainly built to last - very solid construction.Also we had a need to contact customer service and was very impressed with the quickness of their response and the ultimate resolution.
