I think it is fair and as a client I am very satisfied with the attention to my request and your effective response. ---Contact Munin Sport by mail to let them know that the NET broke after 4 months of use. The equipment was installed by me as indicated in the instruction manual. They only stated that the NET is not included in the guarantee. It doesn't seem fair to me since it is expensive equipment and I had a high expectation with them. It is not a question of money, it is that they did not even evaluate the cause for which the NET was broken.
