I am a song writer and started using the Mureka $96 per year version, just over a week ago, which gets you 400 credits per month, their customer service which is Terrible/awful/ shockingly bad.... I use my own lyrics and don't expect too much from the first few attempts at matching the Ai composition to the lyric in a meaningful way, but I decided to upgrade to the pro version so I can record my own vocals and manipulate the end result...All I wanted to do was upgrade but I wanted to know if Mureka would refund what was left of my yearly subscription (I had only been using it a week) absolutely no way of talking to anyone, in fact I cannot find a way of communicating with anyone re an upgrade , if it is possible I can't find it!! so no upgrade for me, I do not know if the other Ai companies are any better but I shall be trying them instead of giving an extra $192 dollars. Their contact email always comes up as not recognised.. FURTHER UPDATE it's now 22/4/25 still no response from this company. I can only assume they are making too much money to be bothered with customer service! FURTHER UPDATE 28/April/2025...I can't sign in as they no longer recognise my sign in details, 160 credits have disappeared, and there is no way of contacting them...The internet is LAWLESS these are just scummy scammers BE WARNED. thieves and Scammers
