Update to the following - the company have now refunded me which I appreciate greatly…However a warning email or message not connected to the app would be a great idea!
Used the app once on a get me in deal for £15 thought id try it but wasn’t for me… unbeknown to me it was on auto renewal which was not stated clearly…therefore costing another £38.95 contacted them to ask for my money back for them to offer me another years deal for the £38.95 I’ve just paid…hate company’s like this… no prior warnings just take my money when I’m not even using the service…I will make sure I let my friends and family to steer clear
