I placed several orders over several months (about 1 per month on average). All arrived (from Slovakia to Germany, with GLS).On one occasion, I asked to change the order after purchase, but this wasn't possible. On two other occasions, the retailer did not have the exact product I ordered (Hellfire with DMAA), but they refunded me the difference the first time, and they gave me a free additional vial the second time (Hellfire without DMAA). This is in addition to two special offers of buy 2 get 1 free that I ordered and were exactly fulfilled.I did once question the authenticity of Ibutamoren (Biogenic Pharma) because the seal seems too easy to remove, but I don't think the retailer has anything to do with it, and it applies to all Biogenic's vials. All other products (Ligandrol, Rad-140, Stenabolic, O-Bol, YK-11, 1-Andro, Cardarine) were all normally packaged & sealed & I can see their effectiveness in the mirror (although I haven't opened Cardarine yet).So in general I'm happy and recommend this seller. I've tried other Websites before, but they also have order issues.
