We received our mat super fast and we love it. Unfortunately had a small issue with the first mat we received (things happen with products sometimes 🤷♀️) which i emailed about straight away and heard back from Ana super quickly and got a replacement mat sent out within 2 days (probably would have been faster but I was the slacker at responding!). As if we weren't super happy enough with the mat itself, the 10/10 customer service means this is a company i will recommend and purchase from again!
