I requested cancellation 3 times and clearly declined all alternative offers, yet MuscleMonster continued to charge my card anyway. In January alone I was charged multiple amounts (£59.62, £29.81, £14.90) plus extra international transaction fees. My emails were repeatedly ignored, and I had to cancel my bank card to stop further payments. Support keeps asking for the same information again instead of resolving the issue. I have now escalated this to Apple, my bank, and prepared complaints for Trading Standards and the Financial Ombudsman. This has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable.I would never ever recommend this app. People please be aware..
