I reached out to the company due to the shortcomings of another brand. From my first contact, the service was absolutely exceptional. With two decades of industry experience, I can attest to the outstanding quality of the equipment. I have the phase 4 rack, and the cable systems are fantastic; the build quality is excellent. My only feedback is that the attachments for the seated row and lat pulldown are quite large and heavy, plus the storage poles for the barbells are in a somewhat awkward position. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend them.
