I contacted the company after having issues with another brand. From the outset, the service was outstanding. With two decades of industry experience, I can confidently say that the equipment is of high quality. I own the phase 4 rack, and the cable systems are impressive; the build quality is exceptional. My only minor critiques are that the attachments for the seated row and lat pulldown are quite large and heavy, and the storage poles for the barbells are positioned a bit awkwardly. Regardless, I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
