Purchased the Advanced Multi-Functional trainer in December 2025 as an upgrade from equipment I had previously from another supplier. It is a superb piece of kit, huge range of exercises you can do (the jammer arm addition add even more options). I opted for the installation option. They were really good, on time, and completed the install in around 2.5hrs. I had an issue with a cable that was catching on a cable guide that had slipped, damaging the cable cover. The owner of MS responded within 10 minutes of my letting them know. By the next day a tech had visited and replaced the cable. The service I cannot fault on any level, from when I visited the showroom in Milton Keynes until the cable replacement, just a few days ago. I can guarantee anyone, the equipment is superb, and matched by the quality of service.
