I am devastated to know that this experience was horrible. THE SERVICE that they provide is horrible and they don't honor anything that is being said so save your money and use a self love video on YouTube you'd most likely get results. These people are scammers and they jack up the price for the next few months and want you to pay them anyway. These idiots can't do anything at all. The below part of their comment is wrong and this is proof that they are lying about their services. As it said they were going to send you a reminder email and failed to do that and it resulted in my account being charged again. As this experience I had I wouldn't go through with this course because they weren't being honest about certain things that were supposed to be honored. They couldn't provide the proof that this is inaccurate and I hope that you guys don't allow this company to scam you and continue to take advantage of their customers. You guys should go with a different company that values you as a customer and honors their word not these liars that act like they did everything correct. They were supposed to send a reminder email and they did. They played it off like they didn't do anything wrong...
I strongly encourage people to think carefully before purchasing from Muses Academy. Based on my experience and what I have heard from others, this company does not appear to honor the standards they promote.
I was informed by another customer who used their service that they did not receive their refund until around 40 days later, despite the company promoting a 30-day timeframe. I am not naming that person, but hearing this raises concerns about whether the company consistently follows its own terms and conditions.
I have also heard concerns from others who said they were not properly helped even after using the service for over 15 days. When multiple people share similar frustrations, it becomes harder to ignore.
My personal concerns include:
Refund delays: Reports of refunds taking longer than promised.
Unclear policies: Terms and expectations may not match real customer experiences.
Questionable effectiveness: I did not find the program worth the money.
Loss of trust: I no longer believe the company is honest about the results customers can expect.
Poor value: There are free resources online that may offer more benefit.
Honestly, I believe YouTube is a much better option. There are countless free videos, self-improvement channels, and helpful resources that can provide a better experience without the stress or disappointment.
My advice: save your money, skip this program, and use free resources that offer real value instead.
