The quality of the dress was different and much poorer than what was depicted. The color of the dress was also listed incorrectly. When I received the dress, it was a different color. I attempted to reach out to Mushq, but they stated that I “be rest assured. We are dispatching the same outfit to all customers.” I don’t think it’s ok that all your customers are receiving the wrong item. Unfortunately, their poor standards and deplorable customer relations won’t have me making the same mistake twice.
