I firmly believe the products you buy are only as good as the customer service you receive if you need help. SonR customer service is excellent. Always prompt and extremely helpful.SonR music device is a really good device, it works using bone technology. The best part is it fits under your hat or on your goggles. You have to download music from a computer and the battery life is about 2hrs which is ok for pool swims but not so good for longer outdoor swims. Hence I have dropped a star for this model. But if you need extra battery power they have a newer model coming out with many improvements which is worth a look. I have ordered one of these myself because I do a lot of long distance swims outdoors.
