My wife who passed away 1.5 yrs ago had an account, after recently getting an email from this company i requested that the account be closed as it will never be accessedThe response from the support team shows an account CAN NEVER BE CLOSEDHere is their response“ As the account already placed an order with us, we are unable to delete the account entirely. This is due to the fact that publishers require we provide them with records of which countries their copyright-protected sheet music products were purchased in. We also must keep record of transactions for accounting reasons.”
