I now have a concern: About two weeks ago, l attempted to download some music which I paid for but when I came to print it I found my printer had run out of black ink. I managed to replenish it yesterday and tried to print it. Absolutely nothing happened but the notification which stated "You have music to print" had disappeared. I wish to state here that I print directly from my laptop which is attached by a cable to my printer. My order number is BNKS9S. Can you assist me?
