The music selection is great (and you pay for it), but customer service is POOR! It's not only that they're very limited in their ability to actually help customers resolve issues, they also seem to treat customers like they're stupid along the way. I think I'll look for other online options to purchase music. (By the way had bad experiences on online chat AND calling in).Music Notes Customer Service Staff, please know that even if you can't accomplish exactly what a customer is asking for, a little empathy goes a long way! :) I would lead with this in the future.
