I made numerous purchases from musicnotes over the years and I used to be a satisfied customer. I tried to make a purchase yesterday and today but I couldn’t complete the transaction on my laptop running Windows 10, my iPad or my iPhone. I have a bachelors degree in Computer Science and a masters in Information Systems. I tried to get help through both the live chat and the customer service phone line. All they would tell me was to try other computers, even if I had to borrow some. I have learned from years of experience that if a customer has the same problem with my system on 3 of different devices, each running a different OS, the problem is mine and not theirs. Their problem will not be resolved by simply trying more devices. After being told for at least 3 times to use a borrowed computer, I finally told their rep that it wasn’t possible for me to borrow another computer and I would have to search for a different source for my sheet music. He immediately hung up on me. Not only was their customer service rep unqualified, he was also extremely rude.
