Poor experience. Placed an order and 35 days later, I am still waiting for 1 of the items to be delivered. If you go on the website right now for that specific book, it states item will be shipped within 5 working days.
Also difficult to contact them. The website says telephone line open 10am-3pm, M-F, but when you call, it's M-Th. There is no email address listed which I can find. The automated chat box they have says usual reply time is 3 days. This is not really acceptable customer service.
