We booked an Umrah package and a visit to Pakistan as part of the same trip for our family. There were quite a few flights involved. Abul Rehman did an amazing job managing the whole journey, including flights, hotels, and transportation from Jeddah to Makkah, then to Madinah, and finally to Madinah Airport. The service from Abul Rehman was excellent throughout. I would happily recommend MHT and Abul Rehman for arranging and booking your Umrah package.
Voco Makkah Hotel was amazing — their customer service and overall service were excellent.
The transport companies also provided an excellent service. They kept in contact before every journey and were always on time.
Unfortunately, there was one let-down — the service provided by Saja Al Madinah Hotel. The room was tiny, with five beds crammed into a quad room, and the bathroom was not fit for purpose. I would not recommend Saja Al Madinah at all. Normally this would have reduced my overall rating by one star, but I am keeping MHT at 5* because Abul Rehman was always on hand to help whenever we needed it.
