We searched for over 40 minutes, even though he was supposed to be waiting at the exit. • We received fake hotel vouchers without confirmation numbers, and the legitimate ones were sent at the last minute—this happened with our Madinah stay as well. • A representative pressured me to write a positive review on the first night. • My return flight from Madinah was canceled, and although the airline notified them three months in advance, I was never informed. I had to purchase new tickets for my family, costing an additional $2,100, and we waited over six hours at the airport. No refund was offered. • All communication occurred solely through messaging apps, as they are not genuinely based in the USA as claimed. They lack a real office in the United States, and their staff seems to be operating from another country while using U.S. phone numbers via messaging apps. This journey has been stressful from the very start. Don’t fall victim like I did—please avoid this travel service. Overall, their service was unreliable, misleading, and unprofessional. I strongly recommend against using them for Umrah.
