The pieces look great and it was nice to be able to order colour swatches. However the quality really isn't great, and if you do a bit of research, there are many companies out there offering the same product with logos swapped out (or in the case of the baskets, they're the same at a much lower price). This made me feel a bit taken advantage of, as I feel like I'm just paying a higher price for the advertising/healthier margins for the owners. The quality of the metal feels thin/low - literally the assembly includes bending it over to adhere to other parts. On mine, the bottom locker railing falls straight out, so I can't use it. The customer service is very prompt and friendly, but I don't think this makes up for the very full price and lower quality.
