In the last 30 years I have seen the ways of shopping change, from the neighborhood store to online stores.Now we can shop in any store in any country, and when we see a bargain, we think it's too good to be true. I have shopped in dozens of stores: wines, Whisky, Champagne, you name it.I came to MustHave Malts looking for a 18 yrs. old Talisker from way back, 2016 or earlier, and at a good price. For any connoisseur in the field, it's practically impossible. I ended up making multiple orders and stocking up for dozens.It's a dream come true. I could rave about the ease of use of the website, the quality of the product, the speed and tracking of shipping, the perfect packaging and a thousand other things. But I'm left with the customer service, something that is becoming increasingly scarce in today's online stores. When you contact customer service they make you feel like a lifelong friend. Don't expect short, evasive answers, they will treat you in a close, friendly, respectful and understanding manner.
