Fantastic customer service. Great comms on initial enquiry, and heads up on VAT and duty charges coming into UK. Within an hour of placing the order, i had dispatch confirmation that DHL had picked up the package in the Netherlands. Was advised delivery would be in 2 days and it actually arrived the next day.
