Terrible. I ordered a £2.19 guitar hook, and then £24.90 was charged for postage. Once I spotted this rip off I tried to cancel the order. Sadly they said not possible, just refuse delivery when it arrives!! This way I would get a refund for the goods £2.19 , but not the £24.90 postage. Ridiculous , rip off company, do not use Muziker, ever.
