My delivery address was incorrect, an old address, so I contacted the company to amend it. Apparently this couldn’t be done, even though I contacted them a few hours after I placed the order late Sunday evening. Consequently the order was delivered to an old home address 260 miles away from my current living address. So there was no way to get or intercept the package. So someone else is now enjoying my £80 purchase.
