Probably the worst seller I have ever dealt with. Bought a guitar. Took weeks to arrive in UK. Awful packaging when it did arrive. Courier dumped in driveway in the rain and just vanished. For a week guitar seemed okay, then it became apparent there was a fault. Manufacturing/build fault on internal electrics. Asked seller to arrange collection - the rudeness and obstructiveness were just the worst ever encountered. Had to resort to Paypal. Had to spend a fortune paying for a courier myself. Item stuck at customs and seller refused to cooperate again. Finally it got delivered and Paypal forced a refund. I am out of pocket for £60 to return an item which was always going to be fautly. Thank goodness Paypal sorted the refund of my £700 because the seller was never going to do it. Please avoid this seller if you want to preserve your sanity.
