The strap in both the title and the description specs states the strap is leather which for me was a crucial part of the purchase decision but it is not. It is vinyl and u can clearly feel it’s plastic and see the white plastic backing.The form to request a refund is so long and complex I’m not sure I have the energy but I would happily return itUpdate - since I posted this Muziker refunded me in full and corrected their product description.
