This has been one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve made in years. I bought two watches as a gift, expecting high quality based on the price. Instead, they felt shockingly cheap and poorly made. No tools were included for resizing, which is unacceptable. After purchasing a link-removal kit, the ceramic links shattered during careful adjustment. The material felt brittle and poorly constructed. We were hesitant to resize the second watch, rendering it unusable. To make matters worse, the clasp on one watch popped open easily, making it unsafe. With fragile construction and the absence of tools, these watches do not meet the advertised quality. Customer service refused to issue a refund. Save your money; this is a poorly made product with inadequate support.
