Where do I begin, If you guys ever had a chance to use their live chat and get a talk with Laura, she is AMAZING!! even the word Amazing is a understatement. The quick, rapid and above and beyond service really makes me proud to be a owner of MVMT product. I had a watch ordered for a wedding coming up soon and didn't receive a confirmation email yet even though my money has been taken out of my account. Laura has given me reassurance about my order stating a email will be sent within 24 hours of the order and also give me proof over her end that the order has been received in their system. Even though it was something small, to have less things to worry about with a wedding and to have things confirmed and finalised, really goes really far.
