I purchased this suitcase in March 2025, and after just two flights it was already severely dented.For a suitcase costing over $800, the durability is extremely disappointing. The area beneath the handle shows clear structural weakness—normal baggage handling should not cause this kind of damage.Furthermore, on a recent flight, one of the wheels completely came off. This level of failure after such minimal use is unacceptable.I emailed the company over two weeks ago and have received no response, which only adds to the frustration.In hindsight, I regret choosing the aluminum version and would recommend opting for a more durable material. I previously owned a Samsonite suitcase for over 10 years with no issues.
