If there is a zero star, I’d rate them ZERO. It already dented once received, requested return the same day. Support team replied “ It is possible that the suitcase was subjected to rough handling during transit, which caused some minor dents”. I laughed… from Chino to Thousand Oaks, only traveled within LA. What the quality! And they wouldn’t provide me a return label but 15% off. Haha…. I spent almost $600 to buy a defective product? I asked return label again, still … then offer me a replacement. I don’t want your product. Never never wanted to deal with them again. Very funny, when I didn't want the replacement but refund. Now they need to identify errors, whose error? my error now to dent the suitcase?
