Horrible service. Ordered a bag October 31st. It's now December 3rd. The system says the order and still waiting to fulfill. I emailed them, several times. Response 1: it takes 2-3 business days, per our website to fulfill your order.Emailed back with no response. Response 2: here is a link to your order status.Well since I have a log in not helpful. I do have a few of their pieces already, but this time around their customer service really is horrible and wonder what happens when you need warranty work done?They grew too fast, time to go out of business, if you can not act responsible.
