However, I was shocked to discover that the item I wanted wouldn't even begin shipping until December - a fact conveniently omitted during the purchase process.Upon inquiring about the delay and requesting specific details on shipment and delivery, I was rudely informed that my order had been canceled due to alleged fraud. How dare they accuse me of fraudulent behavior after I had paid my hard-earned money three months ago without any issue!The customer service at MVST is not only vague but outright dishonest.
