Further to my earlier review, 'Short Shipped', I have been trying to call MWANDS to try and get the items I am owed or a refund. Nobody answers the phone, they have blocked me on Facebook so I cannot send a message or make a comment, emails are ignored. They know they did not send my goods and are refusing to deal with it, the Owner refuses to stand by her responsibilities as a honest and respectable business person. Instead she behaves third rate, taking money from a customer, knowingly not supplying goods paid for and then hiding from the responsibility.Don't be ripped off by her or her team because they are just as dishonest as she is, be careful dealing with them, they are not worth the hassle.
