Absolutely awful service! To say I’m disappointed is an understatement; I’m extremely frustrated with the customer service! The company shows no concern for clients at all! My internet has been down since December 15th, and I haven't received any help! I've been calling daily, but ultimately, no assistance! I don't owe them anything, yet my internet was disconnected! I will never recommend this service to anyone! I've never felt this level of frustration before! My kids' holiday has been ruined due to the lack of internet.
