MWeb's Incompetence Is Beyond Frustrating……I would have rated them minus zero if I could. I’ve wasted over R100 in airtime sitting on hold, just trying to get through to an agent and when I finally do, I’m met with one incompetent agent after another.All I needed was a static IP so I can work remotely — something MWeb apparently can’t provide. I asked them to release the line so I could move to a provider that supports static IPs. That simple request turned into a nightmare of endless calls, back-and-forth with clueless agents, and no resolution in sight.This issue has been dragging on forever, and no one at MWeb is able to help. Their support is disorganized, unprofessional, and completely useless. I’ve lost both time and money because of them.I can NEVER recommend MWeb not even to my worst enemy.
