What a nightmare following up on my cancellation. I cancelled due to the absolutely traumatic frustrating service I recieved from mweb. I don't even want to get into it. Finally I get the cancellation reference number MWB29771996 from Thando. This was cancelled on the 12 December 12:24 , I was told refund will take 3 to 5 days and I will recieved a cancellation notification via SMS. None of which I recieved. I follow up on the 23rd Decemeber, I'm now speaking to sipokazi who hasn't the faintest clue about the cancellation, when she finally replies it's absolutely annoying as to the responses which don't pertain to following up on the cancellation, she does not a knowledge the reference, doesn't know which date I cancelled nothing. Responds with high call volumes then closes chat and transfers me to order fulfilments. Wow. I should not be transferred, she should be equipped to handle this simple query, I am warning you, do not sign up with this company. I am pretty sure I will be debited come month end. What a nightmare of a company I cannot wait until they are shutdown. And it will be there own doing.
