I have been with MWeb since the days of dialup and have had few occasions to complain. They were never very good at providing a convenient and easy to access service, but now they have sunk to unbelievable lows. Currently I have been without internet for 8 days. I was told that a technician would have to come out to fix it. I have been waiting two days, but apparently it still falls within their 2-7 days service level agreement. I have spent hours hanging on for an operator to answer and all they can promise is to escalate it. Time for another ISP I am afraid.
