I received a router from MWEB two weeks ago, but it stopped working after just two days. When I contacted them, they informed me that the router is not active and that the sales department needs to assist. Since then, I have been calling almost every day, only to be kept on hold for over an hour before the call is eventually dropped.I am requesting that MWEB cancels this router and arranges to collect it. I will not continue with a contract with a company that provides such poor service, especially if resolving issues requires me to spend excessive airtime. MWEB, please collect your router. I am not concerned about the R300 I paid to RICA the SIM card, which never worked in the first place. I will not waste any more airtime on this matter. Please resolve this without further complications.
