This is the worst company to deal with, I have been trying to get my line activated for the last 3 days and each time I call I speak to a different agent that gives a different story, first reason I couldn't get installed was due to an active line on the premises I was told I have to wait for Vumatel to release the line,sent through pics of the installation, spoke to 10 useless consultants that kept transferring the call or dropping the call, I called vumatel myself to find out the line has been released 3 months ago because the previous tenant cancelled her services with the isp 3 months ago, so this morning I spoke to the most rude, disrespectful agent named Jason from sales support department who in my opinion needs to be disciplined or fired for his rude and unhelpful attitude who cut the call and refused to allow me to hold on for the 1 agent who tried to help, I work from home and I am losing days of work because of this rubbish, I don't advise anyone to use Mweb at all!!!!!!!!
