TERRIBLE. I REQUESTED A MOVE AND TOLD THEM THAT I AM MOVING ON THE 30TH OF MAY 2025. NOW I HAVE NO FIBRE AND CANNOT WORK. BECAUSE SOMEONE DECIDED THEY WILL INSTALL MY FIBRE BUT ONLY ACTIVATE IT ON THE 31ST OF MAY 2025. NOW I NEED TO PAY MONEY I DO NOT HAVE FOR DATA. BUT MWEB IS VERY QUICK TO INCREASE PAYMENTS BUT CANNOT ACTUALLY DELIVER ANY KIND OF SERVICE. I HAVE THE EMAIL THAT STATES IT IS FOR THE 30TH OF MAY 2025. I DID NOT SAY THE 31ST.
