When my Internet went down, called mweb support and I get cut off just when I'm no 1 or I get to a technician, I tell him my problem and then I get cut off. I try all the platforms to tell them my problem. No one answers only the sales dept. And they can't help, they just put you through to support who don't answer. I have to wait 2 -5 days before the pro lem is resolved.. But all the time no communication. I eventually asked to cancel my contract via email on 10 March. On 20th April they call out of thw blue and tell me they going to terminate my contract at end of the month. So I tell them rather do it at end of May so I have time to get a new service provider. On 18 May they cut my Internet, thw modem shows I'm connected but without Internet. They operate worse than a municipality. So glad I cancelled my contract.
