MWEB promised a quick and effortless account change process with a 48-hour turnaround. It’s now been 2 weeks, and my account is still not active. Every time I contact support, a different agent provides a new error, excuse, or “concern” blocking progress.It’s clear there’s no internal coordination or accountability. What should have been a simple process has turned into a frustrating cycle of empty promises and delays.They may have "solution" in their name, but problem creation is their actual game.Unacceptable service. Avoid if you value your time and sanity.
