I was a client with MWeb, when I moved to a new house I reqeusted them in an email to move the fibre to the new adress. Nobody pitched up. All of a sudden i was billed double the amount I always paid as they said I cancelled the contract. And the more I told them I did not cancel the account the more they deducted money from me, without even having a router in my house. Just stay away from this company they are absolutely pathetic, and don't even trey to get hold of them that is even worse. Up to now they still owe me money. Next step for me is the Ombudsman. Again stay away from them.
