I have never experienced such consistently poor customer service from an internet provider. MWEB’s service is absolutely shocking. Trying to get hold of them is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. They never answer their phones — and on the rare occasion that the call actually goes through, you're forced to sit on hold for hours listening to the same terrible music on repeat. It feels like they play it deliberately to test your patience.Once you finally get through (if you're lucky), there’s no urgency or proper assistance. It’s as if they’re doing you a favour by even acknowledging your existence. The agents are either unhelpful, uninformed, or just plain indifferent.The worst part? If your internet goes down, good luck trying to get any help. Their support is practically offline. No callbacks. No follow-ups. Just silence. You’re completely on your own.I am beyond disappointed. As a paying customer, I expected at least a basic level of service — but MWEB has shown time and time again that they don’t care about their customers once you’ve signed up. Avoid this provider if you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind.
