If I could give them no stars I would...AVOID AVOID AVOIDMweb has given me every issue under the sun which I don't feel like typing out but heaven help you if you move house, be prepared to be without wifi for at least 3 weeks (but best believe they will still charge you). Also, they like to cancel your account through no instruction of your own, and then charge you an early termination fee. I literally cried on the phone to them (after being on hold for 80 minutes) because I was so frustrated, only for the call to get cut. If there was an award for the worst customer service on the planet, MWEB would win with flying colours.STAY AWAY
